Former Crystal Palace player Lee Chung-yong is being discussed by a lot of the fanbase after a fan spoke about him on Twitter, and it seems like he isn't rated highly by the club's faithful.

There wasn't a lot of excitement after he signed from Bolton in 2015 for £2.70 million, via Transfermarkt, and it is fair to say the right winger never set the world alight during his career in South London. He played 50 games for the side in both the Premier League and in domestic cups, but only managed two assists and two goals.

One of these goals was his spectacular last minute screamer in a 2-1 victory away to Stoke back in December 2015 which moved the club to sixth in the division, per BBC Sport, but that spectacular finish was not enough for fans who criticise the South Korean whilst remembering his mistake which gifted Burnley a goal in their 1-0 victory, via The Sun.

Sadly it never worked out for the 31 year-old, with the club eventually releasing the attacker. He now plays for Ulsan Hyundai after a brief stint at 2. Bundesliga side VFL Bochum, via Transfermarkt.

Here is what fans had to say about the player:
