Crystal Palace: Fans discuss Jeffrey Schlupp’s career at the club

A lot of Crystal Palace fans are praising player Jeffrey Schlupp after a fan page asked for supporters opinions on the midfielder’s time at the club.
The Ghanaian international signed for the Eagles back in January 2017 for £12.42 million after being part of the amazing Leicester City squad that won the Premier League, via Transfermarkt. When he arrived he would play down the left as either a winger or a full back depending on the opposition and played 15 times under Sam Allardyce.
Is Jeffrey Schlupp crucial to Hodgson's starting eleven?
Yes

No

However under Roy Hodgson the player has become a revelation and has been played down the left as well as in the centre of the midfield, and this masterstroke which essentially means he can cover both the middle of the pitch and the left flank has improved his game massively and he has become a key member of the starting eleven when fully fit.
He has made 95 appearances for the Eagles in total, scoring seven goals and picking up eight assists, per Transfermarkt, but it is moments like his crucial solo goal against AFC Bournemouth which saw ten-men Palace beat the Cherries 1-0 earlier this campaign that highlight how great he has been, via BBC Sport.
This is summed up by one fan who said he is the “most improved player under Hodgson.”
Hopefully when football returns, Schlupp, who recently overcame a long term injury, per Transfermarkt, will be able to continue his good form at the South London side.

He’s our most underated player, he doesn’t hide , always wants the ball, and if course is always liable to score a goal.⚽

Didn’t actually realise how important he was to the team until he was injured. Was massively missed and team looked weaker without him.
