Crystal Palace: Fans react as Michy Basthuayi is linked with a return
A lot of Crystal Palace fans are debating whether they would want striker Michy Batshuayi back at the club, after Belgian publication Het Nieuwsblad have linked him with a return to South London.
The Belgian was on loan at the Eagles after signing on deadline day in the January transfer window last season, and he impressed as he played 13 times and scored six goals for the club, via Transfermarkt. This ranked him as the fourth top goal scorer at the club even though he was only there for half a season, via sportsmole.

His attacking confidence was clearly something the Palace faithful loved, and his statistics showed how good he was at Selhurst Park as he managed an impressive 2.5 shots a game, via WhoScored. The Premier League winner also has an impressive goal tally in his career, scoring 126 goals in 328 games.
West Ham also want to sign the player, who is struggling to get on the bench under Blues manager Frank Lampard, per Transfermarkt, but the Eagles will feel like they will be in a better position to attract the forward as he played for them before.
