Crystal Palace: Fans react to latest transfer news as Michy Batshuayi linked with return

Many Crystal Palace fans are debating the prospect of re-signing Michy Batshuayi after the Express recently reported that the club are set to make an offer for the Belgian forward.
The striker was on loan at Palace last season from January to May, where he made eleven appearances and scored five times. Some fans clearly enjoyed the forward’s short stay at the club, rejoicing at these fresh links. However, some are worried about how much they will have to pay for the attacker.
Chelsea signed him from Marseille in July 2016 for £35.10 million and will hope to recoup as much of that as possible (Transfermarkt). This season, the striker has played 25 times in all competitions for the Blues, scoring eight goals and providing three assists.
His contract at Chelsea runs out in July 2021, and with manager Frank Lampard currently preferring World Cup winner Olivier Giroud over Batshuayi whilst England striker Tammy Abraham remains injured, it seems like his future is away from Stamford Bridge.
Here is what Palace fans are saying on the possible transfer:

Less than that, he’s not a £20mil player imo.. 5-7 goals a season and Chelsea want to get rid of him so should take a reduced offer hopefully

Normally I’d be happy to pay £25 – £30m but with his contract running down we have be looking at around £15m. Would love him back
