Crystal Palace fans in the Transfer Tavern will be hoping their team to get a positive result against Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday and will be encouraged by some of the injury news coming out of the club.
The Eagles are three points above the relegation zone, however, Southampton have a game in hand on them, and will be looking to try and extend the gap as much as possible. Roy Hodgson has done a great job since arriving at Selhurst Park and many locals are surprised at how well they have come considering their start to the campaign.
Palace could be in a position to get three points against the Seagulls after receiving positive news regarding their attackers. According to quotes sourced by Ben Dinnery, who is a freelance injury data analyst, Alexander Sorloth and Christian Benteke are edging their way back to fitness.
Alexander Sorloth [hamstring] trained fully for the first time today while Christian Benteke [groin] joined in for part of the session: "We'll know tomorrow, but we hope they'll be available." #CPFC

Sorloth, who joined the south London outfit in January had been suffering from a hamstring injury but returned to full training for the first time, whilst Benteke joined in for a session, although Hodgson is hopeful that they will both be available.
The Crystal Palace fans in the Tavern will be encouraged with their chances to get the three points at the weekend now that their two main attackers could be available for the clash. Punters will feel more comfortable with them up top and will hope they can guide them to Premier League survival.
After a miserable time of things on the injury front this season, our resident drinkers are happy for even the slightest bit of good news.
