According to The Guardian, Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew is expected to make big changes to his approach if he is to keep his job at Selhurst Park.

Indeed, here in the Transfer Tavern there’s a growing number of Eagles fans who think that it should be time for their former player to leave with the club on an awful run of form.

The south London side lost their sixth league game in a row over the weekend in absolutely incredible fashion.

From 3-1 down against Swansea the Eagles clawed their way back to be up 4-3 with minutes to go but still conspired to lose 5-4, heaping pressure on Pardew.

And now, it seems, the former West Ham boss could be on his way out if he does not make changes and the players do not respond to them.

The report also believes that the club’s owners will be looking to assess the said changes and how the players take them on board, before deciding whether or not they want to get rid of Pardew and replace him.

The loss against the Welsh club has only pulled Palace deeper towards the drop zone with now only a better goal difference keeping them in 17th above Hull City, who drew with West Brom on Saturday.
