‘Damn Fergie and Moyes’ – Loads of Man Utd fans aren’t happy after World Cup clash

Some incredible players have graced the pitch at Old Trafford, and more often than not, they’ve gone on to impress in front of the Man Utd faithful. Over the years, unknowns have turned into icons at the club, and that isn’t a trend that is going to stop anytime soon.

However, that process hasn’t always been as fluid as fans would have liked, and some have, unfortunately, slipped through the cracks.

One such example was Shinji Kagawa, who came to Old Trafford under Sir Alex Ferguson from Borussia Dortmund. Though he showed glimpses of brilliance, he wasn’t ever really given a huge chance under the legendary manager, or his successor David Moyes, and he was eventually sold back to Dortmund.

Following the clash, fans were quick to take to Twitter to discuss this performance, and loads of fans aren’t happy. Some are pointing the finger at the club for selling him too soon, whilst others are simply just disappointed that it didn’t work out.
