Higuain.jpgManchester United fans here inside the Football Transfer Tavern are getting very excited at the news they have just seen in the Metro – with the publication claiming that the Red Devils have agreed terms with Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain.

The former Real Madrid forward is looking increasingly likely to leave the Italian outfit this summer, and it seems that Louis van Gaal’s Manchester United are leading the race to secure a deal for the talented striker.

The publication is claiming that Higuain has agreed a five-year deal to sign for the Old Trafford outfit in the summer, however no transfer fee has been agreed as of yet, subsequently delaying the deal.

A plethora of Manchester United fans over by the dartboard here in the Transfer Tavern feel this would be a massive coup, with most agreeing that he is a major step-up on the flop that was Radamel Falcao.
