Divisive Man City man unsettled in England after summer move

The Man City fans in the Transfer Tavern have been pretty disappointed with his form…

Claudio Bravo has been poor since his arrival in Manchester, with the ex-Barcelona goalkeeper at fault for a number of goals already this season.

The goalkeeper was brought in over the summer as a replacement for Joe Hart, with Pep Guardiola seemingly valuing Bravo’s ball skills over Hart’s defensive solidarity.

Bravo has impressed in that regard, with his fantastic distribution a key aspect of Man City’s tactics – but having the ability to pass efficiently does not mean much when you’re struggling to do your primary job.

Bravo has consistently made mistakes all season, and at this point – he is beginning to frustrate the Citizens in the Transfer Tavern.

Now, just several months after his arrival, it would appear as though one of the reasons behind Bravo’s poor form has been revealed – with Don Balon reporting that the goalkeeper is unhappy in Manchester.

According to Don Balon, Bravo has failed to settle in Manchester and the Premier League, and is missing his life in Barcelona.

The Man City fans in the Transfer Tavern think that this could be the reason behind his poor form this season. It is surely impossible to perform well when you are unhappy – and Bravo is seemingly failing to adjust to life at Man City.

Interestingly, Don Balon report that Bravo could even consider leaving the club – a move which would, undoubtedly, leave Pep Guardiola redfaced.

Our landlord thinks that if Bravo’s poor form continues, a sale could be on the cards anyway – and the fact that he is unhappy will only add fuel to the fire.

In truth, the Man City fans in the Transfer Tavern are ready to have Joe Hart back at the club – but they aren’t sure Guardiola is of the same opinion.
