Dream February: Wolves - Premier League

Wolverhampton Wanderers will be delighted with their midweek result against West Ham United, as Nuno Espirito Santo’s men secured a 3-0 victory at Molineux.

The Midlands club have been outstanding in the current campaign as they continue to reach new levels, with a very attractive style of football making them a force to be reckoned with in the Premier League.

Although, the month of February could decide Wolves’ fate as a run of Premier League fixtures and an FA Cup encounter with Shrewsbury will have a huge impact on their hopes of securing a European place and silverware.

With that in mind, here is the dream February for Wolves…

RAUL JIMENEZ AND DIOGO JOTA DOMINATE

Raul Jimenez and Diogo Jota have been two of the standout performers for Wolves in the current campaign, with the Mexican producing 10 goals and six assists, while the Portuguese attacker currently has five goals and three assists.

It’s safe to say that the Midlands club wouldn’t find themselves in the promising position they’re currently in without the efforts of both men in recent times.

So, Wolves may soon be enjoying another successful month if the attacking pair continue to dominate at Molineux, with a European spot being sure to follow.

NUNO SANTO ORCHESTRATES UNBEATEN MONTH

Nuno Espirito Santo will have his sights set on his side securing a European spot in the current campaign, which would be a big achievement for a club that’s enjoying its first season back in the Premier League.

The Portuguese boss has found the perfect way to set his side up in recent times, which has made it impossible for even the best of teams to break them down.

Therefore, having scored nine goals in their last three games in all competitions, including two Premier League victories, there’s no reason as to why the Wanderers can’t go unbeaten in the month of February.
