Liverpool currently find themselves in an incredible position in the race for the Premier League title, with an elusive piece of silverware edging closer under Jurgen Klopp.
The Reds could do with bringing in at least one player in the January transfer window to make sure that they have all areas covered, with a long way to go in the title race.
Indeed, the month of January could decide Liverpool’s fate as they have a number of difficult fixtures coming up, which could potentially dent their title hopes.
Therefore, here is the dream January for Liverpool…
DAMAGE MAN CITY’S TITLE HOPES
Liverpool currently find themselves ahead of Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur in the race for the Premier League title, but things could all change with January possibly taking its toll.
The Reds will travel to the Etihad to face Manchester City on the 3rd of January in what will be the biggest game in Liverpool’s season, with three points pushing them even closer towards the title.
But, with Spurs now being the Reds’ closest title challengers, Liverpool would love nothing more than to dent City’s title hopes by securing a massive three points in a couple of days time.
MOHAMED SALAH FIRES ON ALL CYLINDERS
Mohamed Salah was labelled as a one-season wonder towards the start of the current campaign, but he has soon turned things around as he continues to defy expectations at Anfield.
The Egyptian is well into double figures for goals and is approaching double figures for assists, so it’s safe to say he is currently performing at the top of his game with the Reds’ silverware hopes firmly on his shoulders.
Therefore, if the 26-year-old continues to fire on all cylinders in January then Liverpool will have one hand on the Premier League title come February time.
