The Football Transfer Tavern staff have been gutted by the lack of game time that Scott Sinclair has had at Manchester City since his move from Swansea City last summer but now he may get a loan chance according to The Sun.
A number of Premier League clubs would be interested in taking the pacey winger on a season long loan deal and it appears West Bromwich Albion are leading the race, just ahead of Sinclair’s former club Swansea City.
City signed the 24-year-old for more than £6 million this time last year but the former Chelsea youngster has failed to make a mark at the Etihad Stadium and so will demand a move when he meets new manager Maunel Pellegrini this week.
West Brom pulled off the loan signing of the season last time out with Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku impressing at The Hawthorns and boss Steve Clarke wants Sinclair to have a similar effect for his Baggies side.
Will West Bromwich Albion manage to negotiate a loan deal for Sinclair this summer? Rate this rumour below.
