The Man Utd fans in the Transfer Tavern were celebrating last night after their side bagged an impressive win against Arsenal.
It was a game that had a lot of emphasis on it, not least because of the presence of Arsene Wenger – who is set to leave Arsenal this summer, and so all of the eyes in the Transfer Tavern were firmly focused on the big screens.
For Man Utd, it didn’t hold much significance in the context of the season, but that didn’t mean that they weren’t looking for the win.
Of course, games between the Red Devils and Arsenal are historically huge, and so a good performance was expected.
In the end, Man Utd were able to seal the win thanks to a very late winner from one of their more divisive players – Marouane Fellaini. The Belgian was a hero in the pub after the final whistle, but he didn’t remain popular for very long.
Following the game, Jose Mourinho revealed to BBC Sport that the Belgian could yet sign a new deal at Old Trafford – leading to a collective groan in the Transfer Tavern. Despite his match-winning goal, he doesn’t appear to be very popular amongst fans.
Jose to @BBCSport on Fellaini future: "I think a player that grabs the crest after scoring is telling clearly that he wants to stay. I want him to stay, the club wants him to stay, I think he will stay, it is nearly there."

Fellaini has, of course, never been a unanimously loved player at Old Trafford. His one-dimensional style of play, which places little focus on technical skill, often makes him unpopular, even if he is incredibly effective.
With one fan calling it embarrassing, and another describing it as laughable, it’s clear that fans aren’t too happy.
Take a look at what they’ve had to say below…
