Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern are groaning after hearing a massive hurdle has been placed in the way of their sides proposed transfer activity.
Italian outlet GianlucaDiMarzio state Roma are desperate not to sell Radja Nainggolan this summer and are ready to offer fresh terms to keep the Belgian international within the Italian club’s clutches.

Earlier this week, Miralim Pjanic was signed by rivals Juventus, with the Turin side having activated the player’s release-clause, and Roma are keen to ensure a similar situation does not occur with Nainggolan.
