Fans of numerous Premier League sides are competing in a pub quiz in The Football Transfer Tavern this evening and discussing reports that a Welsh EURO 2016 star is a wanted man this summer.
According to reports from Milliyet, Turkish giants Galatasaray are the latest club to declare their interest in Welsh number nine, Hal Robson-Kanu.
The striker left Reading at the end of last season after letting his contract run out and deciding that his future lies elsewhere.
He has done his reputation no harm at all with his performances at EURO 2016 which ended last night at the hands of Portugal, he scored two fine goals for his country during the campaign which has made him a wanted man.
Whilst the Turkish outfit look set offer the striker a lucrative deal to make the move, the likes of Everton, Leicester and Swansea will be hopeful that the lure of the Premier League will be enough to persuade him to remain in England.
Everton, Leicester and Swansea fans, what do you make of this move? Should your clubs step up their interest in a bid to secure the Welshman? Let us know in the comments below…
