The usually quiet Everton fans have stormed into the Transfer Tavern with a mixed response. Some of the fans are by the bar singing songs of glee where others are angrily throwing darts on the dartboard.
Word is that Jack Staplehurst from the Express has told the Everton fans about the possibility of Manuel Pellegrini taking over.
The current manager Roberto Martinez has been under some immense pressure as of late as his side fail to live up to the standards that the board want. With unrest between the fans and the manager building the board are looking to get a manager that will truly deliver in the Premier League.
The Spanish website Super Deporte has even gone as far saying that Everton are willing to offer anything to persuade him to become their manager.
Pellegrini himself has even said that he is happy to stay in England but he also would not mind managing in Spain yet again. With Valencia reportedly wanting Pellegrini it all depends on what each club could offer the Chilean mastermind.
Some of the Everton fans in the tavern have also heard news that Everton are even wanting to target Jose Mourinho. The clubs new investor Farhad Morshiri is determined to add another powerhouse team to the Premier League.
