Our Everton and Leicester City fans here in the Transfer Tavern have been through very different seasons so far but, according to The Mirror, both have a similar summer target.
The Toffees are well in with a chance of qualifying for Europe for next season whilst the current champions, Leicester, could well get relegated come May.
Whatever happens between now and then, though, both sides are going to want to improve their squads in the summer and it appears the young Brazilian Walace could be on their respective shopping lists.
The defensive midfielder is only 21-years-old but has quickly established himself for Hamburg in Germany to the extent where another move is already on the cards.
He only arrived there in January of this year and so that suggests he’s got plenty of talent behind him that he’ll feel he can improve with the right move.
According to our landlord the only place he needs to consider moving to with that in mind, then, is Everton with Ronald Koeman building a very exciting looking side at the moment and Leicester looking frail at best.
Where should Walace head? Let us know below!
