Since he swapped life in Catalonia for life on Merseyside, Andre Gomes’ form has improved ten-fold and he now looks like the man he was before his Barcelona days. However, the Toffees won’t be happy until they’ve seen the Portuguese midfielder make his loan move to Goodison Park a permanent one.

We think tomorrow night’s programme might be popular!

Gomes has been key to everything good that Marco Silva has done at Goodison Park in his short time their so far. At the age of just 25, the midfielder has a massive future and alongside some of Everton’s other new imports such as Richarlison, Bernard and Yerry Mina, there’s absolutely no reason why the Portuguese maestro can’t become a famous figure at Everton and help fire them into Europe.
The Toffees are in a funny situation. They’re a club in limbo at the moment. Whilst no one would expect them to break into the ‘top six’ at the start of the season, the awful form of Manchester United has opened up the possibility of a 6th placed finish, and that’s something that the supporters would jump at. It’s also realistic given the shape of the league, and if Gomes helped the club to finish 6th then you can guarantee the fans would do everything in their power to sign him permanently.

We seriously need to sign him on a permanent deal before other clubs sign him

Sign him, no excuses just get it done

Would rather see him sitting at a table signing a contract on a 5 year deal with brands arm around him

Jesus, he can even rock a brown leather Kenny.

The Bluenoses would do anything to see Gomes sign on a permanent, and if he performs against Newcastle later tonight then the fans will only want him more.
