Everton manager Marco Silva heaped praise on the team’s character in tough moments, but the fans aren’t buying it.

The Toffees have endured a slow start to the new campaign, sitting in the bottom three after five losses so far this season, with four of them coming in their last four encounters.
Most recently, a 1-0 defeat away to Burnley where Seamus Coleman was sent off for a second yellow card after a late challenge on Dwight McNeil.
Despite spending around £100 million in the summer (via Transfermarkt), in a bid to potentially challenge for a place in the top six, Silva’s side find themselves in the middle of a desperate run of form – facing an uphill battle to live up to their expectations this season.
However, there is still plenty of time to turn this terrible run of form around, having only played eight matches of the new season.
But following the manager’s latest rallying cry, trying to get the players and fans to pull together for Everton’s next game at home to West Ham, some supporters have taken to Twitter to criticise the Blues boss:

Change the formation then

What he means is let’s play dead slow wing back to wing back football and throw it into the box to an isolated striker.

Does “Nil Satis Nisi Optimum” translate as “Repeat the Same Soundbites Until I’m Sacked”? Just stop zonal marking and play 2 strikers and only on DM at home.

Sorry mate,no chance. The team needs to get us up, not the other way around. We’ve done our bit for donkeys years. We’ll just sit and wait to be entertained
