The Everton fans over by the bar have had mixed feelings this season but they will be delighted to hear that their club have already started planning their summer transfer activity.
New owner Farhad Moshiri promised investment and the signs are positive as the Toffess are apparently targeting Villarreal teenager Alfonso Pedraza, according to The Independent.
The 19-year old has just broken into the first team for the Spanish side, having previously featured for their second team, as well as the Spain Under-19s national team.
He won the European Under-19s Championship in Greece last year, which has attracted the attentions of Everton, as well as several other European clubs. He is believed to be a ‘powerful, direct’ winger and is expected to be valued at around £2 million.
