The Everton fans are competing in a pool tournament in The Transfer Tavern this evening are discussing reports linking their star striker with a move away from the club.
Gazzetta World held an interview with Romelu Lukaku’s agent Mino Raiola revealed a number of Europe’s top clubs are interested in taking the Belgian goalscoring machine to their club.
Lukaku has further enhanced his reputation with another impressive goalscoring return of 25 goals so far this season, and this form now looks set for a bidding war to break out between Europe’s top clubs this season.
Clubs mooted to be interested in Lukaku are Juventus, Paris St Germain and Real Madrid and Raiola revealed earlier this week that he thought the player was ready to play for a top club. Speaking about Lukaku’s future, Raiola said:
“Moving to Juve could be a great move but watch out for PSG and Real Madrid. Things have changed in Paris. They aren’t willing to spend €90m as the price of oil has gone down. This is why they are trying to keep Ibra.”
The Everton fans in The Tavern hope the club can do everything they can to keep Lukaku on their books and hope the player does not become unsettled by this constant speculation surrounding his future.
