Everton weighing up major move for £15m-rated midfielder

Slovan Liberec - Marseille sThe Everton fans who are gathered around the jukebox in the Transfer Tavern this evening are discussing reports the club are interested in a young midfielder.

According to Le 10 Sport via Talksport, Everton are considering making an approach for Marseille winger Georges-Kevin N’Koudou.

N’Koudou only joined Marseille last summer from Nantes for £1 million and has suitably impressed with some fine performances.

Everton have had the player scouted in recent weeks and following impressive feedback it appears that they may be read to make a move for the player.

Marseille will no doubt be reluctant to sell the 21-year-old but it is reported that should they receive an offer in the region of £15 million that they would be more than willing to do business.

The Everton fans in The Tavern are pleased to be linked with N’Koudou but feel the club should be looking to strengthen elsewhere on the field, due to the sheer number of wide players the club currently have on their books!

Our landlord has to agree, but thinks Everton’s main priority should be sorting the managerial situation out at the club, as it is clear Roberto Martinez is not wanted at the Merseyside club.

Everton fans…. What do you make of this news? Would you like to see this Marseille ace at Goodison Park? Let us know below!
