Everton could let one of their talented players leave the club in the summer, despite being unwilling to let him depart in January.
According to Alan Nixon, Fraser Hornby is thought to have plenty of options ahead of next season.

The Sun journalist has claimed the young Toffees striker has attracted the attention of Championship side Wigan Athletic, who are thought to be at the front of the queue.
Everton are said to have been unwilling to loan him out last month but will let him go next season for more game-time.
Hornby is highly-rated at Goodison Park but is yet to feature for the Premier League side, which raises questions as to why they would not let him go in January on a temporary deal.
The 19-year-old has been impressing for the academy this season, with his ability to find the net drawing attention from those watching him closely.
There is no doubt Hornby could have a great future at Everton ahead of him if he continues to produce the type of performances he is currently doing so.
However, the teenager will need to play some senior football on a regular basis if he is to get a chance to show the rest of the football world why he is highly regarded at Goodison Park.
It remains strange that the Premier League outfit were not willing to let him go out on loan in January, especially considering that they will let him go in the summer.
