Everton will be desperate to secure a European place having started the season strongly under Marco Silva.
The Toffees are in a good position to kick on and secure a European place in Marco Silva’s first season at Goodison Park, with plenty of players still yet to return for injury.
However, Everton will welcome West Ham United to Goodison Park in their next Premier League encounter. The Hammers find themselves at the foot of the table and are yet to secure a point in the current campaign, so the Toffees will be looking to add to their woes later on today.
Nevertheless, Marco Silva has some decisions to make in terms of team selection, with a couple of players possibly forcing their way into the side.
With that in mind, these TWO Everton men must start today…
The Brazilian joined on a free transfer during the summer transfer window after his contract expired at former club Shakhtar Donetsk.
However, the winger hasn’t been able to have a positive impact on proceedings so far this season as he has one appearance to his name in the Premier League.
But, after a nice break over the course of the international break, Silva will be hoping that he can hit the ground running.
The youngster spent the second half of last season on loan at German side RB Leipzig, scoring a number of goals in what was a very successful loan spell.
Although, he has only managed to make one appearance off the substitutes’ bench since returning to Goodison Park this season, with his future still hanging in the balance slightly.
However, having witnessed Cenk Tosun and Oumar Niasse’s woes in front of goal so far this season, Silva should let Ademola Lookman lead the line against the Hammers.
