Everton haven’t been able to ensure consistency in recent times, which has had a negative affect on their push for a European spot in the current campaign.
The Toffees made a number of ambitious moves back in the summer transfer window, and it looks as if they’ll have to do the same again in order to meet their aims.
Indeed, the January transfer window provides Marco Silva with the opportunity to strengthen in areas that desperately require improvement. And, with Marcel Brands working tirelessly to bring in eye-catching signings, perhaps the Merseyside club can secure another coup after witnessing Richarlison’s impact.
With that in mind, Silva will take Everton into Europe if Brands goes all out to sign these TWO stars…
WISSAM BEN YEDDER
Wissam Ben Yedder has been on absolute fire in the current campaign, with 15 goals and seven assists to his name.
One of Everton’s biggest problems this season has been getting the best out of Cenk Tosun, as he continues to stagnate behind the scenes after a woeful start to the current campaign.
Therefore, with the Greek international’s future at Goodison Park coming under the spotlight, Brands must go all out sign Ben Yedder as he could be the final piece that helps secure European football, with the ability to find the bag of the net on a regular basis, along with providing assists and holding up the ball for runners.
Bruno Fernandes has established himself as one of the hottest midfield topics in the whole of world football in the current campaign. He currently has an impressive 14 goals and nine assists to his name as an attacking midfielder.
Everton have been rather dominant in the final third this season but Gylfi Sigurdsson hasn’t always been able to provide a consistent flow of assists. So, Fernandes’ ability to find provide for his teammates, as well as scoring goals, could really benefit the likes of Richarlison and Bernard in attacking areas, with more chances coming their way.
