Everton: Fans are not keen on Adolfo Gaich rumours - Everton

Everton fans are not impressed after the club could be about to sign the Argentinian striker Adolfo Gaich, according to reports from Vamos Ciclon.

The 20-year-old plays his football for San Lorenzo in his homeland and caught the eyes of many clubs across Europe after his performances during the U20 World Cup. Todo Noticias reported that Benfica and Lazio were in the mix for Gaich back in the summer.

Nicknamed ‘The Tank‘, Gaich towers over 6ft tall and the striker was handed his first full cap for Argentina during their 4-0 win over Mexico.

New reports have emerged from Vamos Ciclon which reveal that the Toffees could take him off the hands of San Lorenzo for as little as £7.75m.

Having scored just two goals in 16 appearances for Gauchos de Bodeo, supporters were not convinced as they believe they already have plenty of attacking options at the club.

One fan said that they have a player in Moise Kean who is struggling to obtain any minutes under his belt, while another has doubts he will receive a work permit and will inevitably be loaned back to a club in Argentina for a couple of years.
