Everton fans have fumed as manager Marco Silva is yet to be sacked following their side’s horrific 2-0 defeat at home to Norwich City on Saturday.
Goodison Park made their feelings clear at the final whistle as chants of “out” from the Gwladys Street End were loud enough for the Portuguese manager himself to hear and chairman Bill Kenwright to acknowledge in the director’s box.
Would you welcome the return of David Moyes?
Second-half strikes from Todd Cantwell and Dennis Srbeny were enough to condemn the Blues to their seventh defeat of the season, adding to the pressure that is turning up on Silva.
The former Watford boss insisted that the club “must come first” and felt that it was not appropriate to speak about his position after the full-time whistle, much to the astonishment of fans who expected to see him dismissed after the game.
The fact that Marco Silva is still in a job is embarrassing.

Supporters were furious about the club’s stance and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan described Everton as “embarrassing”, while another said that they were a “laughing stock”.
Here you will find some of the many angry comments from Everton fans:
shows no ambition whatsoever. Look how spurs conducted their business. We are an embarrassment and a shambles. But let’s be honest we knew this would happen.

This club is becoming a laughing stock! Don’t the board of directors owe a fiduciary duty to the fans?

The fact that he’s probably going to be given the leciester game is even more embarassing

Speaks volumes on the lack of ambition the board is showing conpared to other clubs they seem happy sat just above the relegation zone

He’ll still be here when we are in championship next season.

Should never have appointed him. No pedigree. No success.
