Everton fans have been pleading with the club to start new signing Alex Iwobi in more games after their 2-0 defeat against Norwich on Saturday.
The Nigerian midfielder was overlooked and Frenchman Morgan Schneiderlin was preferred as manager Marco Silva took a more defensive approach against the Canaries, only to be brought on after the Toffees went 1-0 down in the second half.
Would you welcome the return of David Moyes?
Supporters were insistent on seeing Iwobi start more games and feature in a more central role in the team, making their feelings clear on social media.
Here you will find some of the best responses from Everton fans:
Iwobi needs to start every game for us

The most revolutionary change that can be made to the squad right now is to play iwobi in the number 10 position, he progresses play much quicker than gylfi and picks out passes he just cant

Iwobi is a very, very good footballer. Walcott I agree with 100% was a bad signing (Allardyce & Walsh) and I said it at the time.
Iwobi was a good signing. Attributes the team needs & a good age with potential to improve & increase value.
Silva unforgivably isn’t utilising him

^^^^^this!!!! Iwobi needs to be starting at the 10. He creates more chances than Siggy. I like Siggy, but it’s time for us to move on. He’s too slow

Iwobi Dowell Davies. There’s three players who I know would give 110% and are technically very good. I would take Gylfi out the side instantly. Give Kean a chance. Why not? What do you have to lose.

Getting more in depth these vandals. Might spray “Put Iwobi in the ten, let him, Bernard and Richarlison to create fluidity” on the Bullens before the next home game. https://t.co/95jiZEYTW3
