Everton: Fans react to links with Allan from Napoli

Everton fans have been giving mixed reaction on the club’s latest links to Napoli midfielder Allan.
Carlo Ancelotti is looking to start the rebuilding of his side for next season and is said to be keen on bringing the Brazilian to Merseyside. The 29-year-old has scored just once in 14 Serie A appearances this season and his contract is set to expire in 2023, as per TransferMarkt. Gazzetta Dello Sport (via Sport Witness) revealed that securing the services of Allan from the Serie A giants would be a “dream signing” for the Italian boss.
According to Gazzetta Dello Sport

Despite this, the Toffees’ board have ruled out a move for the former Udinese player (also per Gazzetta Dello Sport). It is believed that the three-time Champions League winner has been told that bringing Allan to Goodison Park is impossible, with TransferMarkt valuing him at £45m. Supporters were mixed on whether the Napoli midfielder should be brought to Merseyside and made their feelings clear on social media.

Give Carlo everything he needs. Couldn’t care if he sold most of these players. Let him build

29 and Napoli quoted PSG £88 million last summer. Think we will be looking for a younger version https://t.co/tYQcggRgTR
