Marco Silva's change in tactics have certainly been very encouraging to watch from an Everton perspective and the intensity his team has been playing with in recent matches has turned their season around in quite spectacular fashion.

Despite losing at Newcastle United a few weeks ago, the Toffees have adjusted their approach in matches that have given them very impressive victories of late, which included home wins over Chelsea and Arsenal, while also keeping rivals Liverpool to a surprising goalless draw at the beginning of March.

Everton look like they are playing without any fear at the moment and have been relentless on the pitch, forcing opposition teams into errors by pressing quite high up the field.

A high-flying Arsenal team simply had no answers for this type of game-plan on Sunday afternoon and their midfield was forced into making poor decisions by the Toffees, who stayed composed while forcing this high pressing game.

After struggling to find any sort of momentum or consistency for the majority of the season, Everton finally look like a team who can beat any opposition on the day, especially at Goodison Park.

Their ability to keep clean-sheets against three of the top six clubs at home has been very impressive and the never-say-die attitude seems to take them to new heights on the pitch.

Even older players like Seamus Coleman and Phil Jagielka are making statements at the moment due to the freedom they have been given to play with such a degree of aggressiveness and resilience.

And, for arguably the first time this campaign, it seems as if every player on the pitch knows exactly what is expected of him.

Silva's current approach could see Everton cause even more teams some problems before the season concludes.

The Toffees welcome Manchester United to Goodison Park next weekend and will hope to continue this trend and not be daunted by any challenge the Red Devils might have to offer, while the energy of the players could make it a difficult afternoon for the visitors.
