Everton have really upped their performances in recent games, which has resulted in Goodison Park being a much happier place.
Marco Silva has been working hard to find his best team and now that they sit in 9th place, in touching distance of sides above, his hard work has been paying off.
Yet not perfect of course, Everton have managed to improve both in front of goal and defensively but alike other teams in the Premier League, would be bettered by signing some fresh players for the squad.
With Everton definitely in need of a striker, they could do a lot worse than turn to Bournemouth’s Callum Wilson, a player in red-hot form.
Wilson, who is valued at £13.5 million on Transfermarkt, most recently bagged two goals which saw his tally for the season in the league rise to five goals and five assists, a record anyone would be proud of in ten appearances thus far.
The 26-year-old is, as well as a goalscorer, an extremely hard-working striker that will give everything he can whilst on the pitch.
With strength, pace and power in abundance, Callum Wilson, despite suffering two major career injuries in recent years, is a very tough striker to defend against.
Everton currently find themselves with options of Cenk Tosun, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Oumar Niasse but to rise up the table they need a more consistent scorer.
Callum Wilson is an experienced Premier League player and would provide Everton with what they need.
The 26-year-old still very much has time on his side to continue improving and Everton would be a step up for him, but a further chance to prove on a bigger stage just how good he is.
