Our Everton fans here in the Transfer Tavern are keen to see their side progress further under Ronald Koeman after their fine performance at Old Trafford last night.
The Toffees have been going very well this season under their Dutch manager and are looking good to at least be in the Europa League next time out.
Indeed, they could have got themselves a bit more in the Champions League picture if they’d held on to their victory against Manchester United yesterday evening but they can at least take heart from a good performance.
Certainly, with a few more good signings the club will surely be even closer to that top four battle and it appears that they are lining up Sead Kolasinac as their next recruit – according to SportBild via The Daily Star.
Kolasinac – The Daily Star says – is also a Spurs and Chelsea target but SportBild via them reckons the Toffees are going to try and blow their opponents away with an £8.5m-a-year offer for the player.
Big money, then, and that suggests further that Everton mean business.
