Everton star Richarlison has given the fans a glimpse of what to expect from him when the Premier League returns to action.
The Brazilian has posted an Instagram video from a Finch Farm training session which will have fans eager to see him sporting his famous No.7 shirt again. In the clip, Richarlison hits some stunning volleys past Jordan Pickford and sends them rippling into the back of the net.
It’s not unlikely that the 23-year-old will replicate this clinical nature in front of goal once Everton are back in action in the Premier League.
So far this season, Richarlison has tallied 12 goals and four assists across all competitions (via Transfermarkt). His ten league goals sit behind only Dominic Calvert-Lewin who tops the Everton scoring table with 13.
Fans have been without watching their team play for more than two months now and with the return to training – plus the update from the Premier League regarding contact drills – excitement will be setting in.
If everything goes to plan regarding Project Restart, Everton’s first fixture back will be against bitter rivals Liverpool in the Merseyside derby.
