The Everton fans gathered around the Transfer Tavern are eagerly awaiting the day that Sam Allardyce leaves their club behind due to his inability to get the crowd off their feet with his style of play.
Although they commend his efforts and thank him from steering them away from the possibility of relegation, he is far from the man to take them forward and Everton need to be ambitious with their next managerial recruitment. The Toffees expect a lot from their team and manager alike so this summer could be a very important time in showing their Premier League rivals the determination they have to do better next campaign.
A player who our punters would like to see brought into Goodison Park is Porto’s winger Yacine Brahimi, who is valued at £22.50 million on Transfermarkt. The 28-year-old has again been a great attacking threat for the Portuguese champions, helping his side with 12 goals and 10 assists in all competitions so far.
With just a year left on his contract at Porto, Brahimi may aspire to reach the Premier League in his career and Everton could provide him with the perfect opportunity to showcase his talent on an even bigger stage.
The January signing of Theo Walcott has to be applauded as the Englishman has had a good impact on the team since arriving. However to accompany him on the other flank isn’t anyone with real quality so Yacine Brahimi defiantly has a space in the Everton team to show off his qualities.
