Everton are currently in talks with several companies over a new sleeve sponsor after recent negotiations stopped.
The Blues were reportedly in talks to renew sponsorship with Rovio Entertainment but discussions have now ceased and the club are looking elsewhere for a new sleeve sponsor (via Liverpool ECHO).
Are you happy with the new kit deal with hummel?
Angry Birds – Rovio’s flagship game – has taken pride of place on Everton’s shirts for the past three seasons after agreeing terms in 2017 with the Finnish games company. However, following the announcement of new kit manufacturer Hummel, it seems the Blues are looking to enter a new era under Carlo Ancelotti as SportPesa will also no longer be the club’s main sponsor (via Liverpool ECHO).
It was revealed in February that the club’s relationship with the Kenyan betting company would be coming to an end so Everton can ‘grasp the new opportunities now open to us’ (via BBC Sport).
According to the Liverpool ECHO, the partnership with Hummel is believed to be worth double than that of the Umbro deal. The Danish sportswear have previously designed kits for the likes of Real Madrid and Rangers.
