The former Crystal Palace man spent the first half of last season on loan at Aston Villa, before going to Anderlecht for the second.
It is reported that he has now been offered to Besiktas, with the Turkish club weighing up whether to make the move following positive discussions.
Whether Besiktas will pay a loan fee and the portion of the 30-year-old’s wages they will be accountable for is unknown at this stage.
Bolasie has struggled to make an impact at Everton since moving to Goodison Park in 2016, playing in 32 games, scoring twice and assisting four times, as per Transfermarkt.
He made a notable contribution at Anderlecht though, scoring six and assisting three times in 17 appearances.
However, it would be difficult for the Democratic Republic of Congo international to get into the Everton side, as he has Richarlison to overtake, with the Brazilian having scored 14 goals and assisted twice in 38 Everton appearances.
Bolasie would be forgiven for feeling frustrated about how his time at Everton has gone, especially considering he signed for £25m, as reported by BBC Sport.
And considering the attacking options Everton already have, it is understandable they want to let him go as it is unlikely he would get into the side ahead of someone like Richarlison, while his wages could be put towards those of a new recruit.
