Everton: Yerry Mina teaching Dominic Calvert-Lewin a new language has supporters praising players

Reacting to a club post from Everton’s official Twitter account, many Toffees supporters have been over the moon with centre-back Yerry Mina following a clip of the defender testing the in-form Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s ability to speak Spanish in training ground – resulting in fans hailing the ‘king‘ on social media.
Mina, who has been a consistent figure in Carlo Ancelotti’s defence this season along with the seemingly rotating Michael Keane and Mason Holgate, is also attracting plaudits for his ‘amazing‘ personality which could potentially enhance team spirit at Goodison Park.
The Colombian, when compared to fellow centre-back Keane, has won more offsides per game (1.1) and made more tackles on average (1.5) so far this season – even if his defensive partner edges him in terms of interceptions (1.3) and clearances (4), as per WhoScored.com. Regardless, Ancelotti appears to favour Mina in his starting XI, with many supporters now hailing the defender for his antics away from the pitch as well as on it.
