Everton haven’t necessarily been at their best in the current campaign but they still remain unbeaten with the international break now underway.
The Toffees have been completely redefined under Marco Silva this season after a rather inconsistent campaign last time around. Indeed, the Portuguese boss drafted in a number of players during the summer transfer window and is still waiting on the fitness of a couple, so things are definitely looking up.
However, the Everton boss will need to think about the futures of a couple of his players after a rather busy summer transfer window, with limited spaces in the matchday squad.
So, here’s a look at TWO men that should never feature for Everton again…
The forward was one of Everton’s main goalscoring outlets in the last campaign but he has been brushed aside after a busy summer transfer window.
Indeed, Oumar Niasse has made a number of substitute appearances, but the likes of Cenk Tosun, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Richarlison, Bernard and Theo Walcott all remain ahead of him in the attacking pecking order.
Therefore, a move out on loan or permanently in the transfer window is a must as he may not feature for the Toffees again having failed to make any headlines.
Michael Keane has been under the spotlight for all the wrong reasons since making the move to Goodison Park, but Marco Silva has put his trust in him so far this season.
However, the central defender is out for around a month due to the injury he suffered at Bournemouth, which means that he could find himself at the bottom of the pecking order when he returns due to Yerry Mina reaching full fitness and Phil Jagielka returning after his suspension.
So, the Englishman could be on his way out of the club in January after a rather unconvincing start to proceedings, with his current injury not helping his cause.
