Everton: Fans don’t fancy their chances in getting a firm offer for Theo Walcott

According to the Daily Mirror via HITC, Theo Walcott has not convinced Carlo Ancelotti he is worthy of a place in his Everton squad and could be sold this summer should an offer the club deem good enough come in for him.
Indeed, the former England forward has scored just once this season while laying on a further two assists and his 1.3 shots per game average (WhoScored) is the second-lowest number recorded over a Premier League season in his career, with only his first full campaign on Merseyside yielding fewer (1.2).
For context, fellow wingers Bernand and Alex Iwobi both average more dribbles than Walcott, as well as more key passes. Furthermore, the 31-year-old has seen his performances against the likes of Norwich and Brighton torn into by fans online this season, making it fairly easy to see why Ancelotti may want rid of him.
However, after Toffees-related Twitter account, The Gwladys Street, relayed the story to their followers, many supporters picked up on the fact the club would have to receive a firm offer good enough. With that in mind, those reacting don’t fancy their chances of getting one, considering his form.

Few things you can guarantee in life. 1. Taxes 2. No one is buying Walcott.
