The last thing the Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern want to see is their main man, Mohamed Salah, prised away from Anfield in the summer. The Egyptian wing-wizard has bagged 43 goals in all competitions this year and is just two wins away from lifting the Champions League, however, with success comes suitors and Real Madrid are, according to the Daily Mail, ready to make a move for the Anfield star.
Real Madrid reportedly want Mo Salah, but he comes at an extremely high price…

Liverpool’s front three are looking unstoppable at the moment. On Tuesday, they all netted against Roma with Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah both bagging two either side of Sadio Mane’s strike as they beat Roma 5-2 at Anfield. The huge win puts them in the driver’s seat, and the shop window, for their second-leg against the Italians next Wednesday as they look to avoid mirroring Barcelona’s shock exit at the Stadio Olimpico.
There’s no doubting that Real Madrid will be watching Salah very closely as he continues to score goals for fun on Merseyside. With the rumours circling that Gareth Bale could be making his Madrid exit, an opening could be there for Salah at Los Blancos, who wouldn’t think twice before making him their latest galactico. To prise Salah from Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, Florentino Perez would need to bring an astronomical fee to the table, as the Reds have valued him at £200 million. It’s fair to say though, stranger things have happened in football.
You can see what our local Kopites make of the Salah rumours here:
Just because of the goals he has scored this season? Football has lost it. One season doesn't make a player fantastic, consistency does.

Wonder how long this is will be and if Liverpool can hold off Real’s bombardment of offers? Looks like they will fight to the end for his signature.
