Everton will have their sights set on securing a European spot under Marco Silva in the current campaign.
The Toffees have looked promising at times this season but they have lacked a cutting edge at times, with a couple of results being thrown away. Although, it looks as if Marco Silva has had to deal with interest in one of his players recently, as according to a report from the Sun on Sunday (16/09, page 63) (via HITC), Fraser Hornby is wanted on loan by a number of EFL clubs.
Everton striker Fraser Hornby is reportedly attracting plenty of attention after an inspired international break.
Indeed, the Premier League club allow the youngster to go out on loan to League One during the January transfer window.
Hornby is still waiting for his Premier League debut with the Toffees, but he has been impressing for their under-23 side, and really made a name for himself during the international break.
The Toffees have produced a number of quality players over the years and it looks as if they’re going to continue that trend, with Fraser Hornby excelling in the youth system.
Indeed, there’s no doubt that the striker will play a huge part in the future of Everton Football Club, but right now a loan move to an EFL club seems appropriate as it will allow him to earn regular minutes and gain experience.
