The Belgian international arrived in a blaze of publicity in 2012 after his £32 million move from Lille and he has gone some way to live up to the hype at Stamford Bridge.
His excellent first half of the season form, which has seen him find the net ten times already, hasn’t gone unnoticed and according to French reports they have set their agenda on bringing the 22-year-old back to France.
PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi is thought to be a big admirer of the Blues midfield ace and will offer him a huge contract as he seeks to further improve the Ligue 1 champions.
The French club, bankrolled by Qatar Investment Authority, have spent millions in the last two seasons which has seen Thiago Silva, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani arriving at the Parc Des Princes.
Now manager Laurent Blanc has made signing a creative midfielder a transfer priority with Hazard on top of his wishlist.
It is very unlikely that Chelsea would want Hazard to depart and a new long-term could instead be on the table to ward off interest from PSG.
However another Blues player, Juan Mata, could prove a more realistic target for the French giants with the Spaniard also understood to be attracting glances from Paris.
Would Chelsea even consider selling Hazard to PSG? Let us know your thoughts below.
