According to the Daily Star, Arturo Vidal has agreed to open crunch talks with Louis van Gaal which could lead to an exit.
This comes after the Chilean international was spotted in a nightclub at 5am, less than 72 hours before Juve’s massive Serie A clash with Roma which didn’t go down well with Juve hierarchy as you can imagine.
It’s rumoured in the tavern that the former Bayer Leverkusen midfielder will force a move away from Italy to save himself from being scrutinised for his unprofessional actions.
This latest twist in United’s pursuit of 27-year-old could turn out to be good news with Juve being stubborn to cling on to their man in the past whilst now they will look to cash in on him.
Red Devils fans have finally accepted that it is incredibly unlikely they will be able to capture Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman so the Chilean will be a great alternative.
Giuseppe Marotta, Juventus’ CEO, dished out an £80,000 fine to Vidal and has warned his player that this could be the first of many disciplinary enforcements.
Punters in the tavern believe this will lower the asking price of the player making the transfer more realistic for United. This will also help Louis van Gaal to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations.
Manchester United fans. Are you put off by the player’s recent actions or do you think Louis van Gaal should step up his pursuit of the midfielder? Let us know your thoughts below.
