Liverpool have the opportunity to secure a lot of silverware in the current campaign, as they currently find themselves in the race for the Premier League title and in the knockout stages of the Champions League, with the FA Cup still to come.
The Reds have definitely come on leaps and bounds since last season’s Champions League heartbreak, as they continue to make amends in the current campaign.
However, with the January transfer window almost here, FSG will need to take a look at possible departures in order to make room for any signings. Despite the Reds’ fine start to proceedings, a couple of players haven’t lived up to expectations, so they may face the dreaded axe next month.
With that in mind, FSG simply have to ditch these TWO Liverpool flops in January…
Alberto Moreno has been a spectator for the majority of the current campaign, with just four appearances to his name at this moment in time.
The Spaniard has looked vulnerable in possession during his limited minutes on the field and struggles to ensure defensive solidity at the back, so he is definitely a liability.
Therefore, FSG have no choice but to ditch him in the January transfer window, with Andy Robertson enjoying another incredible season and Arsenal reportedly eyeing a move.
Adam Lallana has been plagued with injuries since making the move to Liverpool from Southampton, which has automatically brought his footballing career to a halt.
Of course, with Liverpool already having a number of midfield players at their disposal, it has been almost impossible for him to secure regular minutes in the current campaign.
And, with the Reds possibly searching for a Philippe Coutinho replacement in the January transfer window, it looks as if his days are numbered at Anfield.
