Last night was a sad, sad day for Fulham Football Club as the Cottagers' 4-1 loss at Craven Cottage saw their inevitable relegation back to the Championship confirmed. As relegation was confirmed, Shahid Kahn had a message for the fans on the Fulham website, although his words were met with fans calling for Tony Khan's exit.

The Craven Cottage faithful are all big fans of Shahid Kahn. The way that he's running the club is admirable as he's shown a real commitment to redeveloping the stadium's Riverside stand and trying to show long-termism with his work at Fulham FC. However, the one thing the fans have criticised him for is the way he blindly overlooks the poor job his son, Tony Khan, is doing as a director of football.

The fans cannot believe that they've got someone with no prior experience in football come into such an important role purely because his dad owns the club. Whilst there have been some brilliant players that Khan has brought in, namely Aleksandar Mitrovic and Ryan Babel, the fans want him out and believe that had the managers they employ been allowed to bring in their own signings then they wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.

The Cottagers all seem to be in agreement that if they're to move forward as a club, they need to rid themselves of Tony Khan as soon as possible.
