Global superstar already agreed Man United move before Euro 2016

Zlatan Ibrahimovic2scManchester United fans in the Transfer Tavern are intrigued to hear that a star player has already agreed to join their club, with reports stating the deal is done.

TalkSport quotes Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeiri as stating Zlatan Ibrahimovic agreed a contract with Manchester United before Sweden’s involvement at the European Championships, where the global icon has struggled.

Ibrahimovic, and the rest of his Sweden team-mates, failed to hit a single shot on target during their opening two games of the tournament and could exit the competition this evening, if results go against them.

As soon as Sweden’s campaign finishes, speculation regarding Ibrahimovic’s future is likely to heat up but Palmeiri states the deal has already been agreed.

“He’s signed for Manchester United. He signed an agreement in early June. It was sent to him at the pre-Euro 2016 training camp in Sweden, he signed it and sent it back. It’s the pre-agreement to prepare for the move. That’s just how things work in football, it was the same with Mourinho and Manchester United.”

The news is of now surprise to our landlord, who expected the news would be confirmed eventually, and he feels it’s a massive signing for the club.
