West Ham United are slowly starting to build up ahead of steam under Manuel Pellegrini, after a dreadful start to proceedings in the Premier League.
The Hammers managed to bring in a number of players back in the summer transfer window as David Gold and David Sullivan splashed the cash.
And, with the January transfer window almost here, they may be looking to splash even more cash. But, with a number of players currently struggling to impress in the first-team ranks, Gold and Sullivan should think about getting rid of any dead weight before making any moves.

Pedro Obiang has struggled to enjoy regular minutes on the field in the current campaign as he continues to stagnate begins the scenes at the London Stadium.
The Hammers have turned to the likes of Mark Noble and Declan Rice in recent times, so Obiang has found it almost impossible to enjoy regular minutes.
Therefore, with Gold and Sullivan possibly securing the services of another midfielder in January and having witnessed the central midfielder’s disappointing performances, it looks as if his days are numbered.
Aaron Cresswell played a huge part for the Hammers in the last campaign but things just haven’t gone to plan so far this season, with a number of mistakes and a lack of consistency playing a part in his downfall.
