Gold and Sullivan should try and sign Thauvin and Barbosa

Gold and Sullivan should try and sign Thauvin and Barbosa

West Ham United have been rather impressive recently as they continue to come on leaps and bounds under Manuel Pellegrini at the London Stadium.

The Hammers will be hoping that they can maintain their fine form in weeks to come, with supporters starting to dream about securing a European spot this season.

Indeed, with the January transfer window on the horizon, the London club will be hoping that David Gold and David Sullivan can bring in a couple of players to boost their potential push for a European place. West Ham have been a mixed bag in the current campaign, so there’s definitely improvements to be had.

With that in mind, Gold and Sullivan can send West Ham into Europe if they hand Pellegrini these TWO big signings…

Florian Thauvin has been highly influential for Marseille this season, with 12 goals and four assists to his name.

The Hammers are calling out for an attacking player that can provide a consistent flow of goals, which is exactly what the Frenchman has managed to do since joining Marseille.

He would be an excellent addition for West Ham, as he has the ability to provides goals from out wide and can draw defenders in with his close quarters control and dribbling ability.

Gabriel Barbosa has been linked with a switch to the London Stadium in recent times, as he is thought to be open to a move to the Premier League in January.

The Brazilian has been on absolute fire this season, with 20 goals to his name at Santos.

Sadly, the Hammers have had to deal with Javier Hernandez’s inconsistencies in the current campaign and are still yet to get the very best out of Lucas Perez, so bringing Barbosa in from Inter Milan would make a big statement.
