West Ham fans in the Transfer Tavern are ecstatic with the club enjoying one of the best transfers windows in history – our punters love it!

New boss Manuel Pellegrini has wasted no time in revamping the Hammer squad, adding three permanent signings already. Ryan Fredericks sealed a free transfer from Fulham after impressing in their successful promotion bid. Issa Diop also signed for £22.5m and Lukasz Fabianski swapped Swansea for London in a £7m deal.

The Chilean is not finished yet with more signings expected in the coming weeks. Former Arsenal midfielder, Jack Wilshere, is searching for a new club following the expiration of his contract and is set to be named a West Ham player in the coming days. The club are also reportedly close to landing Borussia Dortmund winger – Andriy Yarmolenko.

Valued at £20.7m by Transfermarkt, the Ukrainian winger could prove to be an excellent signing. He joined the German side from Dynamo Kyiv last season, but injuries hampered his first season in the Bundesliga. Nevertheless, he made 36 appearances in all competitions, scoring ten goals and notching nine assists.

For just £17m, West Ham are getting a player with all the right attributes to be a success in the Premier League. Yarmolenko is blessed with frightening pace and loves to beat his man. His arrival will surely bring the best out of Javier Hernandez who struggled to lead the line last season.

Our regulars will love watching the 28-year-old at the London Stadium next year.
