Leicester City have been rather inconsistent this season as they just haven’t been able to assert their dominance enough in recent times.
The Foxes will be desperate to push for a European place this season having displayed moments of quality at the King Power Stadium, but they’ll need to sort out their consistency for this to happen. Interestingly, it appears as if the club have secured a big player agreement, as according to Leicester City’s official Twitter account, Hamza Choudhury has signed a new contract with Leicester City.
Leicester City Academy graduate Hamza Choudhury has signed a new contract with the Football Club to 2022.
A highly-rated England Under-21 international, who has been with the Club’s Academy since the age of seven, Choudhury has impressed over the past 12 months, which has seen him secure a first-team place.
The 21-year-old made his first team debut for the Foxes in a September 2017 EFL Cup game against Liverpool and has continued to make progress since, with his Premier League debut coming against Tottenham Hotspur.
Leicester City are in possession of a rare talent.
Hamza Choudhury has the potential to become a future England regular if he continues to come on leaps and bounds at the King Power Stadium. He has only been able to showcase his talents in the EFL Cup on one occasion this season, but he will definitely get more chances in the side as the campaign progresses.
